2019 heralds the launch of Gluten Free pastry production for ‘The Original Baker’

Significant investment in both the premises and facilities will enable us to increase production and expand our product portfolio with a premium range of gluten free pies and quiche.

The significant investment has improved the fabric of our buildings. In February 2019 work will commence on a 100-pallet cold store to accommodate upscaled production and a modern, well-equipped gluten free production facility. With tailored digital software providing easier functionality for customers, a new website and social media platforms, we look to offer contemporary solutions for superior delis, whilst maintaining the time-honoured principles of authentic perfect pastry. We will launch a range of delicious new products, allowing their stockists to take advantage of seasonal celebrations and we anticipate gluten free products will be available in Spring.’
