How will my items arrive?

All of our products are delivered raw-frozen to ensure optimum flavour, texture and quality. They will arrive via courier in temperature-controlled packaging and should be placed in the freezer (or oven!) as soon as possible. 

 

When will my order be delivered?

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within * working days. They will then be delivered by courier within 2 working days. You will receive a notification from the courier with a one hour time slot, so there is no need to wait in all day!

 

What if I am not going to be in?

    If you are not going to be in to receive your parcel you can arrange to have it left in a safe place or with a neighbour. Please be mindful your items will arrive frozen and need to be placed in a freezer as quickly as possible, particularly in warmer weather. We do not recommend rescheduling your delivery with the courier as this could compromise the condition and safety of your goods. Any orders that have been rescheduled with the courier will not be refunded or replaced should any damage or issue occur.

     

    There is an issue with my delivery, what should I do?

      Although the utmost care and attention to detail has gone into every stage of preparing and delivering your order, we recognise things can't go right 100% of the time. If for any reason you experience a problem (ie damaged in transit) please photograph your delivery immediately and send a picture along with your comments to the following email: @theoriginalbaker.co.uk We will work together to resolve the issue. 

       

      How do I cook my product?

      Each item has its own cooking instructions which can be found on the reverse label of the product. Alternatively all of our cooking instructions and specifications can be found here.

       

      I want to order a specific number of products, how can I do so?

      The product quantities we currently offer exist to minimise food waste. Each item has an excellent shelf life (see each product description) so you can always order extra and keep them in the freezer for next time -although they don't usually hang around too long once you've tried one! 

       

      Is your full range available online?

      Currently we only stock a small selection of our range online. However we do have stockists all over the UK who stock our products to buy on site. Click Here to find your nearest stockist.

       

      We want to stock your products in our independent Farm Shop/Deli/Tearoom, how do we do so?
