We use dry ice to keep our raw-frozen products frozen or chilled during shipping, preserving their taste and texture. Follow these safety guidelines when handling dry ice: Safe Handling: Wear Gloves: Always use insulated gloves to avoid cold burns. Ventilation: Ensure proper ventilation, as dry ice releases carbon dioxide gas. Disposal: No Special Disposal Needed: Small amounts of residue can be safely left to sublimate.

Our individually wrapped biscuits have a shelf life of up to 9 months. For the best eating experience, we recommend avoiding exposure to direct sunlight. Additionally, keeping the biscuits away from sources of heat, such as heaters or ovens, can help preserve their freshness.
