Please place them in the freezer within 2 hours of delivery and keep them frozen until you're ready to bake. Our products will stay fresh for up to 12 months in the freezer. Delivery
xOur courier delivers on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, based on your checkout selection. Order by 12 noon for 48-hour delivery or schedule up to 10 days ahead.
We use dry ice to keep our raw-frozen products frozen or chilled during shipping, preserving their taste and texture. Follow these safety guidelines when handling dry ice:

My passion for food began early, growing up on the family farm. As soon as we were able to hold a brush or a shovel, we would be out in the thick of it, my father set up a farm shop to sell our meat directly to consumers.
As well as butchery, I also enjoyed baking pastries with my Mum and took inspiration from her delicious home cooking.
Mum’s cooking was the biggest influence on me, although this was something I did not realise it at the time - I just assumed that every mum could cook like mine.
The way my parents brought me up in relation to food would stay with me for the rest of my life.
